Cancellation Details

All registration cancellations must be made in writing to the MERGA33 managers at events.cme@travelworld.com.au
Up to four weeks prior to the MERGA33 Conference commencement date, full refund of registration fees (less $69 for administration charges) will be made on cancellation.
Up to two weeks prior to the Conference commencement date, 50 percent refund of the registration fees will be made on cancellation.
Within two weeks of the Conference commencement date, no refund of the registration fees will be made on cancellation.
Cancellation of accommodation bookings paid for upon registration and made within two weeks of the accommodation booking may result in a forfeit of at least the first night's accommodation fee.
Accommodation payments for rooms not occupied at the check-in date may also be forfeited.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to modify the MERGA33 conference program at any time.
